In this age of heightened enforcement, we recognize the importance of advising clients on best practices necessary to ensure I-9 compliance and provide services such as I-9 trainings and mock audits. Furthermore, it is our Firm's long standing practice to be accessible for on-site presentations, meetings, and trainings with clients and/ or visa beneficiaries regarding immigration-related matters. We consider this a part of our client relationship and do not bill for this service.

We believe that successful client relationships are based on good communication, which we strive to achieve through direct communication from our staff and attorneys on day-to-day matters, monthly general immigration updates, and the use of technology to make case status information available to our clients in real-time. We have a web-based, password-protected, electronic intake system, which allows clients to access current case status for their employees at any time. The combined intake and tracking system facilitates the collection of information and documentation needed to prepare a case, and reduces the administrative burden on our clients. Our clients are provided with regular status reports on all pending cases using this system.
